Trade process

From enquiry to stock release, clearly managed.

Brookcliff uses a practical wholesale process designed for trade buyers. The focus is on speed, transparency and making sure buyers understand the stock type before moving forward.

1

Buyer enquiry

The buyer shares preferred categories, budget range, quantity requirement, location and whether they are looking for returns, clearance, liquidation or seconds goods.

2

Stock matching

Brookcliff reviews current and upcoming availability. This may include mixed lots, pallets, bulk clearance or specific sector-led opportunities such as household, beauty or electronics.

3

Lot information

Available details are shared in a practical format. This can include category mix, known condition notes, quantity, pricing structure, collection timing and any inspection arrangements.

4

Inspection where practical

For relevant stock lots, trade buyers can inspect or request further details before committing. Returns and seconds stock should always be approached commercially and realistically.

5

Purchase confirmation

Once the buyer is satisfied, the purchase is confirmed and payment terms are agreed. Documentation can be prepared for the transaction, including invoice and release details.

6

Collection or delivery

Stock is released quickly. Depending on the lot and location, buyers may arrange collection, third-party logistics or direct delivery support where suitable.

7

Ongoing buyer updates

Regular buyers can be kept informed of suitable future stock opportunities, especially where their preferred categories and resale route are already known.

No unnecessary complexity.

The process is designed for working trade buyers: clear enquiry, clear stock notes, clear movement of goods and fast turnaround where stock is available.
